The downpayment will be returned at the end of your tenancy. The house has a 3 car garage, pool table, 42" tv in the living room, fully furnished. There are 3 bathrooms so everyone can have their own. You only need to furnish your room. No pets allowed. I am finishing up my last year of college at OU and my roommate is a medicinal chemist. We are pretty easy going guys that like to work hard and play hard. We live about 8-10 minutes away from campus. This neighborhood is fairly new and very safe.
